DeJiu


DeJiu is a unique black tea wine that can represent Taiwan. It spreads Taiwan tea in the distillation layer and then performs the distillation with Makkoli, repeating this process twice to fuse the distilled wine with the tea polyphenols in the tea.

The packaging design is based on the tea and wine production process. Demonstrate the perfect blend of distillation and delicate craftsmanship of tea and wine throughout the illustration of tea, wine, rice and the whole making process.



茶酒DeJiu 是一支能夠代表台灣獨一無二的紅茶酒。它將米進行蒸餾後,將台灣茶葉在蒸餾層中鋪滿,將此過程重複兩遍,使得蒸餾的酒氣能與茶葉中的茶多酚融合,一開瓶,酒尚未入喉,便能品味濃烈的紅茶香。

包裝設計從茶酒的製程著墨,將茶、酒、米麴及釀酒過程,以幾何與線條方式具象化,並在文字字型上嘗試多種風格的運用, 展現茶與酒完美融合蒸餾、細膩的職人工藝精神。

Taiwan tea has been a well-known specialty agricultural product abroad since the Japanese rule. So when it comes to Taiwanese tea, no matter the foreign tourists or the local Taiwanese, everyone's first impression is praised. At the same time, the brewing and tea-making techniques of small wineries and tea farmers in Taiwan are really amazing. Unfortunately, there are no channels for promotion, so that tourists from far away and local people in Taiwan can know.

The DeJiu development team thought, why is there sake in Japan, beer in Qingdao, shochu in South Korea, etc ... why is there no liquor belonging to Taiwan? If we can integrate tea and wine, can it represent the spirit of Taiwan?

DeJiu team tried and tried more than ten kinds of tea and distillation methods, and finally DeJiu tea wine was born. Taiwan tea is used, and multiple black tea distillation methods are used to retain the tea aroma without affecting the original flavor and taste of the wine. You can also feel the sweet tea aroma within 3 seconds after drinking.


概念


台灣茶,從日治時期開始,在國外一直是非常有知名度的特色農產。所以談起台灣茶,不論國外旅客或本地的台灣人,大家第一印象皆讚不絕口。同時台灣小酒廠與茶農的釀造與製茶技術實在驚人,可惜都沒有推廣的管道,讓遠地而來的旅客以及台灣本地人了解。

DeJiu開發團隊想到,為什麼日本有清酒、韓國有燒酒,卻沒有屬於台灣的酒呢?如果能將代表茶與酒做融合,這是否能代表台灣的職人精神?

後續與DeJiu團隊不斷嘗試,試錯超過十多種的茶葉與蒸餾方式,最終誕生了DeJiu茶酒。選用台灣茶葉,並配合多重的紅茶葉蒸餾法,保留茶香,同時又不影響酒的原始風味與口感,還能在飲後3秒感受回甘茶香,久久不散。
